Mountney steering wheel. 13 inch. Diameter with hub. Classic mini pre MPI. HORN PUSH PARTS ARE ALL THERE BUT IT WILL NEED SOME REASSEMBLY SPRINGS AND GUIDES JUST A WEIRD DESIGN. WOULD PRETTY MUCH RECOMMEND JUST GLUING THE HORN PUSH IN AND USING THE CENTER CAP AS IS NO HORN. . Overall good condition would wipe down and clean up well It's been in storage for a few years I also have a smaller 12-in wheel will list to separately. No hub
